About Orders

• Once your order is confirmed, changes to item selection or quantity cannot be made. Please double-check your order before submitting.

• All items are limited in stock and managed manually. If an item you ordered is out of stock, I will notify you via email and issue a refund. Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

• Returns are not accepted unless the item has a major defect. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and your order details. I will review your case and offer either a refund or a replacement.

• Please make sure your shipping address, name, and contact information are correct at the time of order. I am not responsible for any losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

· 訂單確認後，無法修改商品內容或數量，請下單前確認。

·所有商品庫存有限且為人工管理，若您下單後商品已無庫存，將會寄email通知您並退款給您，一般退款手續將於7-14個工作天內完成。  

·除非商品有重大瑕疵，否則不接受退貨。若商品在運送過程中損壞，請於收到商品 7 天內提供照片與訂單資訊，我將在評估後處理退款或補寄。

·下單時請務必確認收件地址、姓名、電話等資訊填寫無誤，若因買家個人疏失導致包裹無法寄達，將不負責任何賠償責任。
