Shipping Policies

• All items ship from Taiwan. Depending on your country/region, your order may take 7–20 business days to arrive.

您訂購的商品將會從台灣出貨，根據國家及地區不同，商品會在7～20天內抵達。

•  Limited Pre-order items will be shipped within 1 to 1.5 months. In-stock items will be shipped earlier.

預購商品會在1個月～1.5個月內出貨，現貨商品將會更早出貨。

• Any unexpected delays will be announced on Twitter (X).

如果有任何突發狀況發生導致商品延後出貨，將會在Twitter(X)上公告。

• All orders will be shipped via Taiwan Post Office (Chunghwa Post) international airmail with tracking.

您下單的商品將由 台灣郵局（中華郵政）航空國際包裹掛號寄出，並附追蹤碼。

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number.

當您的訂單完成出貨後，我將寄送一封email給您，內容包含：訂購商品明細、包裹追蹤碼
